Hi, I searched up what the reccomeneded requirements were for LoL, and i noticed that my computer barely squeaked past the requirements. Can i play lol at at least 30 fps at 720p low? or do i need upgrades. The 3 GHz is what seems to be the problem.

SPECS:
CPU: Core i7 950 3.07 GHz
RAM: 16 Gb DDR3
GPU: GTX 750 Ti STRIX

You should be able to play on high settings with that setup. Easily at 60fps even. League has been optimized pretty heavily to work on even the weakest computers so that it reaches a bigger audience.

My old laptop with a Core 2 2.8Ghz processor and 9800GTS mobile video card runs the game on 1440x900 at above 60fps on mixed high/medium settings. Yes, I'm sure your setup will be more than sufficient. League is more dependent on the GPU and your 750ti is more than enough.
