There are a few things that would cause the freezing and you should check with the new system build.

The first is the power supply unit, it would of helped if you had named the brand of the power supply and how many watts it can provide for the system.

As when a system freezes like you are describing Abctoc it can relate to a faulty power supply or one that does not have enough power in wattage output to keep the system stable.

In any case.

The next thing to check would be the SSD drive and the SATA cable connected to it and the motherboard Sata ports.
Check to see if the cable is seated right to the Sata port, and into the SSD drive.
Look at the cable to see if there is any damage to it.
Or if you have another sata cable try swapping the current one connected to the motherboard and the drive, in case the cable is faulty.

If the SSD drive has the OS installed on it then a bad Sata data cable or badly connected power to the drive can cause the system to freeze.

The other thing to check is your Kingston memory sticks.
Take one out and look at the sticker on the memory stick write down all of the information on the sticker.
The speed it runs at, the timing values, and the voltage quoted to run the memory.

Leave it out of the system for the time being. and try the system with just one memory stick fitted to see if the system still freezes.
Got into the bios also and check that the settings on the memory relating to the speed the memory runs at, the timing values stated on it and the voltage is set right in the bios.
And also if it states XMP that the XMP option in the bios for memory is enabled.

If the system does not crash with a single ram stick fitted.
Shut it down, and power the system off take the stick out seated in the memory slot of the motherboard and then try the other stick on it`s own to see if the system freezes with that ram stick fitted.

If the system freezes it tells you the memory stick has a problem and may be damaged or producing errors causing the freeze of your system.

When you fit memory modules with some motherboards you must pay attention to where the motherboard manual states to place the memory sticks in what memory slot.
As when fitted to the wrong pair or set of memory slots of the motherboard it can cause freezing of your system.

The other thing to try is to set the memory at a slightly lower clock speed or working Mhz speed, than it actually states the memory should run at.

For example say it says 2400Mhz. set the speed in the bios to 2200Mhz and then test the system to see if it freezes.
With memory set at the lower clock speed.

If the system does not freeze.
What it tells you is in order to run the memory at the rated speed it should.
In the bios you should set the speed stated, but the manually increase the actual voltage to the ram modules via the bios settings manually.

For example raise the voltage from the current set voltage by adding 0.250Mv millivolts of power.
Or 0.500Mv.

The test the system to see if it freezes.
If it does not freeze it tells you that the voltage provided from the motherboard to the Ram modules was slightly too low and because the ram was starved of voltage the result was the memory froze when any hard work was asked of the memory.

The more faster the speed memory runs at and the amount of work it is asked to do, the more voltage it requires to keep it stable.

Particularly when memory is over clocked.
And what XMP mode is on memory sticks is a pre set configuration over clocking the ram modules.
