Hey guys.
I would like to know how come some unbranded RAM (8GB/DDR3/1333mhz/not paired) shows better performance than (8gb/DDR3/1600mhz/paired kit - http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz8gx3m2a1600c9)?

wtf?

Solution
You're running the 'bad' RAM on an intel CPU and the 'good' RAM on an AMD FX chip. The Intel CPU has a better memory controller, have you repeated the test using the RAM in the same machine?
