intel core i5 650
Gtx 750 ti 2gb
wd green 1TB
acer 1400 x 900 screen ( I usually play on my tv by connecting thorugh hdmi which is 1920 x 1080 )
2gb kingston 1333 mhz ram
Intel dh55pj

While playing games with high requirements they work perfectly fine without any problem but there are frame drops at times specially where there is high requirement like in fifa 16 near goalpost. what do you think can be the problem??

Your GPU is fairly modern, cpu on the other hand is quite week. If you are on tight budget try find a used quad core i5-750 or i5-760. BTW, do you overclock?
Having said that I can see one glaring hole in your system - only 2gb ram. You really need at least 4, ideally 8gb. Ram is so cheap nowadays, just buy some sticks :)

I dont think my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu. I am going to increase ram that is for sure just wanted to know whether is problem is because of ram or not.

Aside from the RAM issue, you are also using a Green hard drive as the main drive, those drives are made for secondary storage and low power draw, not as a main drive to run Windows and programs off. I'd suggest going to a Black or Blue WD drive, or a SSD.

yes i use 64 bit version. dual channel ? that means I can either add 2gb more or buy 2x4gb sticks right?

Exactly. With a 64-bit OS, you're probably wanting to get to at least 8GB total, so swapping out for two 4GB modules would be a good idea. They're fairly inexpensive (usually $50 or less for a set).

Almost forgot: WD Green drives definitely have a performance hit. They're great for secondary storage -- data files, backups, photos, etc. -- because they don't use a lot of power & semi-hibernate when not in use, but their data transfer rates are much lower than the Blue (standard) or Black (performance) drives. Again, drives are fairly inexpensive, as even the 2TB models anymore are only about $100.

Like the others mentioned RAM and Hardrive are the main culprits probably. My old rig had a HDD that came with it about 160GB of storage and with a Geforce210 Hitman Absolution lagged a lot even on low settings.Once I Upgraded to a 500GB Seagate Barracuda and installed an extra 2 GB of RAM, everything was fine =D Absolution played well on 1024 x 768 which is a bit less than my monitors default but works.Although not the same problem as you have a 1TB HDD it might have something to do with the free space on it and/or partitions. Also the WD Green is a low power consuming drive that can screw performance quite a bit.Cheers! =D

So do you think hdd is the major problem? Hdd is low performsnce but is fairly powerfull will adding another 2gb ram stick do the trick?

I think it's a combination of both. I'd suggest upgrading the RAM first and then get a Seagate Barracuda 500GB or WD Black 500GB and install your OS on that along with the games. If you'd like to invest a bit more you could also get a 1TB HDD =D Cheers! That's about it Doing these should be more than enough if not We'll try something else.
