What shall I upgrade to?

Hi guys,

I have got an about 6 years old computer just recently as a "gift" and I recon it is do need a new card, but I do not want to waste money on something that is not necessary.
So here it is what is inside:
MOBO Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3R
CPU I7 870
GC Saphire ATI HD5870 1G DDR5

I would like to play games , but nothing really fancy with high settings, so I was thinking of GTX750 or something better if it is worth it.

Please give me some advise.

Try it as it is, the HD5870 isn't bad as old cards go, but be aware of its limitations, AMD cards of that period HATE any anti aliasing, and with only 1Gb of memory you'll NEED to keep that set to 'off' in all but the oldest of games.
If you need to upgrade, I'll advise the GTX950, it's nearly as fast as the GTX960 and less expensive. Only look for a 2Gb version, the card isn't fast enough to use 4Gb.

a 5870 is faster than a 750

get a gtx 950 good upgrade and not too expensive

An r9 380 is the minimum card i would sink my money in.
