Right now I have two fans pulling air into the case and one fan pushing air out of the case.
Is this alright, or would it be better to have 1 fan in and two fans out?

Solution
Oh, there is more than one way to skin a cat! Many people like your current arrangement which usually results in a positive air pressure within the case, thus helping to prevent sucking in dust through various cracks and holes (assuming the two intake fans are filtered, of course).

Why u dont test the setup ? install speedfan, load a game/and cpu or gpu stressing software, make it run for 15 min and note the temperature readings ... then wait the pc to cool down to its initial temps and change the fan setup ... repeat till u get the best results.

There is no one correct way to do it. It also depends on the fan sizes and their location. you have to try imagining how the airflow will go from intake fans through pc components generating heat blowing hot air all the way to the exhaust fans.

Personally I would have two pulling heat out and one in the front pushing, reason being that more heat our of the case would be expelled out....the case is not airtight, therefore some air will enter the case through the PCI vents, cracks, other filters and so forth
