Need help upgrading CPU and MOBO

Hi, I've recently taken up PC Gaming and I was wondering if you could help me upgrade my MOBO and CPU. What would you suggest?

Here are the specs:

Case: AeroCool DS Cube

GPU: Asus GTX 770 OC With back plate

Ram: 8BG of Ballistix Sport 1600Mhz

PSU: EVGA 600W

MOBO: Asus P8H61 MX R 2.0

CPU: i3 2100

OS: Windows 10

Also how difficult is it to re install Windows 10?

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

As this is my first PC I don't want to invest to much into it but on the other hand I'd like it to be able to keep up with the latest games. Could you recommend a budget option and a mid range option?

Might not even have to reinstall, I'd make backups of all your data files, but you can generally just hook up the drive and Win will 'adjust' to the new hardware, then when you get to Win, load the latest mobo drivers, clean the Registry (Wise has a good free cleaner) and reactivate Win via the internet and you are good to go ;)

I'm not too worried about the data. I'm more worried about the reactivating as I upgraded from windows 7 to 10 and I wouldn't know where the product key is.
