Hello for the past few days my wireless adapter randomly disconnects and the connection bars have a red x through it. The device is still found on my system, but it shows no connections available until I either unplug and plug in the device or manually disable and enable the device through the wireless program it came with. This happens both when I am just browsing the internet or playing a game/streaming a video. What I've done:

I have made sure the power settings are set to not turn off the device
reinstalled the driver for the wireless device
tried the device on different usb ports
tested other devices on all usb ports and they work fine
    Ran malwarebytes
    cleaned inside of computer
tried setting WLAN auto config to manual( this helped at first, but then it started again shortly after)

I am not sure what else to do and I am hoping anyone here can help or has any ideas. I cant go with a wired connection or I would have done it long ago as the access point is too far away from my computer. I appreciate your time and thanks for helping.
