Computer Crashes Often When Doing Anything Intensive

My self-built computer has been running pretty well for around 6 months. Just recently, whenever I do something intensive such as launching a game or running multiple programs at once, my PC completely shuts down. It would seem like my PSU isn't enough for the rest of my build, but I don't believe that is the case (my PSU is 100W above what was recommended to me by multiple people). I have had a very similar issue before. I got it fixed last time by doing virtually nothing - I checked to make sure everything was connected properly, tested it, failed, then repeated that process a couple times. I let it rest overnight and most of the next day and then it was fine. Now, however, my attempts are futile. I don't know what else could be causing this issue, unless something is meased up with my hardware. Here are my specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte AM3+ AMD DDR3 1333 760G HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX Motherboard

GPU: AMD Radeon 270x

CPU: AMD FX-6300 6-Core Processor Black Edition

PSU: EVGA 600 B1 80+ BRONZE, 600W

RAM: Crucial 8GB Single DDR3

HDD: Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD SATA

SSD: SanDisk SSD Plus 120GB 2.5-Inch

Any help would be appreciated :D

EDIT: So my computer began to perform normally again after a few days. On this specific issue no further help is needed, but I would still like some feedback on what could be causing this and how I could prevent it in the future. As this has been a problem multiple times in the past, I'm sure it will be again in the future.

Solution
Could be a virus or spyware, could be heat issues. Did you make sure case/fans were clean and check the heatsink that it's on properly? Maybe apply new thermal paste.
