I get usb can perform faster message on startup, but not WHICH usb device; how can I tell?

I get the 'this usb device can perform faster' message on startup but it doesnt tell me which one is plugged improperly. I have a LOT of devices plugged in and my PC is USB 3.0 enabled.

Why cant Windows 7 just tell you which device it is, it knows the names of the devices!!!!!

Can I tell a usb2 port vs usb3 port by looking at the port?
