The GTX 1080 is said to be releasing for around $599, I'd suggest waiting for some reliable reviews before purchasing though.

If you trust the PSU then that is up to you, I don't know anything about it so I can't say anything else :p
I would suggest getting a new PSU (I don't like the look of your current one, I've never heard of the brand) and something like the GTX 1070/1080 when they release. Your CPU is plenty strong enough to run any GPU at the moment. You could add another 8GB RAM to make 16GB but that isn't really necessary, what is your budget?

I was thinking around the $500~600 budget.

I live in Korea. Its a local brand which is why you might not recognize it. Reviews are that it is reliable.

Looked up some images of the PSU and saw a Samxon primary cap which is enough for me to advise avoiding/replacing it for a gaming rig.
