Is this Rig able to overlock the system without overheating?
This is my 1st time building a rig BTW
Im gonna use this rig for 10-15 hours a day in gaming and editing videos.

Seasonic M12II-620 Evo 80Plus Bronze

Amd fx 8350

M5A99X EVO R2.0

Noctua NH D14

EVGA 960 SSC 2 GB

Kingston DDR3 8 GB

Seagate ST1000DX001

Without over clocking and assuming about 20 degrees room temp there would be no real problem with doing it for days. However overclocking produces additional heat proportional to the amount overclocked.

finally is there any real reason for you to overclock. Your GPU will be handling the video encoding anyway what's the requirement for OC. Normally only people with experience and a vested interest do it or people who feel they need it.

Noctua NH-D14's can take a lot. However when overclocking you really need to just take it bit by bit stress testing at each point until you find the optimal point. I would take it up in small steps until it starts to cause significant rises in heat then test that for a fair period of time before trying for higher.

Also keep in mind there are many guides of how to begin finding the right overclock for your system
