Pc randomly quit working after being fine. Had the computer built about 3 years ago, has 8 gigs of ram, a 2 gb nvidia card, i5 processor, gigabyte motherboard, and I just replaced closed loop water cooling and replaced old corsair 750 psu with a brand new rm750i corsair. I've tested everything I can, and have no clue what the problem is. I tried resetting the cmos also, no luck there. Any advice on what could possibly be wrong would be much appreciated! Thanks

First have a go with this guide to passing off info while troubleshooting. You've provided generic information as there are a varying degree of SKU's and part to choose from and that issue isn't made easier when you multiply that number with the number of brands available in the market. So please include your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals.

Next thing you can do is begin breadboarding your system and then begin adding one component at at time. I've included a tutorial below so please check it out. You can also check out this tutorial and see if your issue is alleviated.
