just wanna know how to make laptop reach maximum SSD read/write ?

I use PNY CS1111 240gb. It's pretty fast boot up though. However, when I checked Crystal Disk Mask, the read was only 395 mb/s while the specs says 430mb/s is maximum.

any suggestion is appreciated.

it depends on the chipset used in the laptop. has to be newer z77 chipset and above for max speed. also try installing the newest mb chipset drivers to see if that helps. with ssd and there speed tests the vendor cheat on there tests..they do only one test in the test scripts to show the max speed of the ssd and the controller. in real world useage you get about 80 percent of the rated speed if your lucky. that do to trim and wear leaving of the ssd from the controller.
