Broadside computer case that looks good on both ends?

I'm renovating my room and I was kinda counting on EVGA releasing their gaming case:

It has a good looking cover on both sides, allowing it to sit with its broadside against the wall.

But now the problem is, EVGA is sitting on it and doesn't seem to be planning on releasing it to the market anytime soon. So I was wondering, has anyone ever seen an already available case that does something similar to this? I'll consider any kind of case that looks good sitting sideways at this point..

There used to be a case where the motherboard was rotated 90 degrees and all the ports were on the bottom but I can't seem to find it now.
Since you are renovating the room it might seem like an opportunity to build the case into the desk,with perhaps strips of wood at each side of the case to hide the cables or use your imagination and fit LEDs to panels on either side.

I would love nothing more than to build my own computercase desk. But alas, I am cursed with living in the city. I have no workshop to do such things. My room renovation is mainly just ikea furniture I plan to kinda fudge together. ;)
