The motherboard isn't very good, actually it's crap. The VRM design is barely going to manage a 6000 series FX CPU. The VRM is cooled, but it's just not very robust. Thus as CountMike has said, no overclocking. So this is literally the cheapest motherboard you can find for this platform, maybe AsRock would have something even lower end.

The CX line of Corsair PSU's are pretty low quality too. I wouldn't trust any of my builds to that PSU, not even if it was a budget build. I'd say steer clear.
The price is about right as it doesn't include an OS, monitor, keyboard or mouse. The spec doesn't state which motherboard is installed, but it's most likely a cheap one.

On a side note, the FX-6300 isn't a particularly powerful CPU and the Corsair CX600 is a basic PSU. If you're looking for a gaming PC then you can do better.

My big issue is it doesn't give you any good upgrade options and is low to mid range to start with. The FM3+ socket only gives you an option of FX8xxx CPU's but that's only if the motherboard supports 125w CPU' and the benefit in a gaming build it small. The CX600 is a crap quality PSU, it's ok for this setup but you wouldn't want to run a higher end GPU off it. So if you wanted to upgrade in the future your really looking to start again
