I have an MSI R9 270 in my system, and lately I've been noticing pretty high idle temperature in the range of upper 40 degrees and lower 50 degrees. When the computer first boot the card runs at a normal 30 degrees, but something as basic as opening Chrome spikes the temperatures. The weird part is that when gaming the card stays in the lower 60 degrees, which is not that different compared to idle temps.
