what may be the chance when mother board powered up in cmos reset condition

One of my i7 intel procesor controller motherboard not switched ON, So I was reset configuration using CMOS jumper. In the mean time I forgot to change the jumper in original position and supply given . Afterwards not happening post boot also..!!
So may I know which component should have to replace or is their any trick for post boot.

Or it turns on but won't POST?

Hiii...thanks for replies..and the issue was12V mosfet internally short. And its solved.
