games like farcry 4 will definitely see a improvement as it utilises multi core " basically the cpu wasnt creating a bottleneck on those specific games " thats why performance hasn't changed

But i was used to play these games maxed out on same GPU with Q6700 with 40-60 FPS
and i know my GPU isn't the best but it's good
i had a Q6700 before the G3258 and i exchanged parts with a friend of mine to get the G3258 and the 1150 motherboard with it so i can upgrade to i7 without paying much
and btw i still got same OS i didn't format it
can it be the reason for all that mess?

There is no way, absolutely no way, that you get lower framerates with i7 than you got with Q6700. Worst case scenario, framerates should be the same.

First and foremost, check your CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming. Report back the maximum value you get within, say, half an hour or so. You can use any of the numerous utilities for that, one of them is Open Hardware Monitor. If temps are fine, read further.

Yes, if you did not reinstall your OS it could also be the reason. When swapping the motherboard, a clean OS reinstall is usually advised for best performance. You will also need to install appropriate drivers for your board and all components.

Yeah, that is pretty bad, with it being a 99% load it is effectively maxed out, you can lower some settings to get better fps, or just do a upgrade. With that being said, it's no surprise that you cant push ultra on modern games with that card, even when i had my 970 sli they struggled.

I will upgrade GPU but i'm waiting till AMD releases the new R9 490X
but i'm a little confused , as i saw online that all my PC requirements are above 100% for at least the games that i play
like NFS Mw 2012, Gmod, Just cause and The Crew (except for the crew my GPU is rated at 94%)
i seen these results on Game-Debate and these games should run maxed out for me (i think) but should i trust game-debate??
i won't play modern games for now till i get a new GPU

Benchmarks can be misleading, there can be little differences in systems that can massivley alter results, even simple things such as your overclocks or wheather or not you the silicone lottery. I would'nt shy away from modern games completley, as it will most likley be quite some time before AMD releases polaris, and quite possibly longer until they release x versions. Have you given any thought to a 1070 or 1080?

Np and the 1080 is coming out the 27 for $600 and the 1070 is coming out the $380, on june 11th. Supposedly a 1080 is 2x faster than a titan x but we wont know from reviewers until the nda is lifted the 17th
