i am thinking to upgrade my monitor my pc specs are core 2 quard q6600 8gb ram 500gb samsung ssd and gtx 960 g1 gaming which give me 80-90 fps in games

i play games like cs go and battlefield so i want a gaming monitor

i have two monitors which i like but confused to choose one of them asus vx278h or BenQ XL2411Z which is best for gaming ?

BenQ for what i can see that looks like a beast but its 24" i would personally buy the 27 inch asus as has 1ms response time less than benq but wont notice that when gaming plus 27 inch is da bomb.
 


The problem with a 27 inch monitor at that resolution is that the same number of pixels have to cover a much larger surface. That means the pixels are larger or has a tiny bit of space around them. For people with acute eyesight, that is noticeable.

A factor that is important when considering a monitor is the PPI (Pixels per inch). High-quality monitors have a higher PPI count.

Honestly, I have dual monitor setup and one is 1920x1080 and my 32" TV is 720p. From what I can tell by my monitor, anything that's above 1920x1080 will be a fantastic upgrade. If you're going to spend money however, you might as well go for a 4K monitor assuming you plan on upgrading your GPU soon. Otherwise 2k might be a worthy upgrade.
