high ress gaming problem

hii there ... i have been plying games like call of duty advance warfare ghost ,batman AC ,WWE 2k15 at optimal setting on my pc ..... recently i installed gtaV , ANNO 2250 ,dragon age inquisition ..theses games keeps restarting my pc even if i turn down settings ....plz help ..
my pc build:
cpu - Intel I7 4790k
gpu- asus strix gtx 970 4gb
cpu cooler - corsair h100i
motherboard- asus sabertooth z97 mark2
cooling- excluding two fans from cpu cooler i installed 4 more fans (3 - 120mm , 1- 140mm )
power supply- corsair VS450
ram - 16gb ( 2X 8gb )
 
Solution
The root cause to all your issues is most likely your PSU. It is not only a bad quality model, it also lacks in pure wattage specs.

Given the rest of your components which are all well selected and paired nicely, this PSU stands out so much it hurts my eyes :)

Get a decent PSU as soon as possible, proferably from Seasonic, XFX, Antec or EVGA (B2/G2 models). You should be looking at 600W for peace of mind - your system uses rougly half of that, but all PSUs like to have some headroom for better longevity and less heat within their internals.
