IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL always getting this BSOD every few months randomly

Hi, my name is Blaine and I am unsure how to fix this BSOD i have been trying to fix this for a long time i had four different BSOD and i have fixed them but this what for some reason is always popping up usually once every two months or so, completely random. Recently i have installed Razor Synapse. What i was doing before the BSOD. I was downloading DOOM 4 and playing Street fighter X Tekken (which i had just bought as well) I currently have my FX-8350 overclocked to 4.5ghz and on my Sabertooth 990FX R2.0. I have updated the BIOS a few years ago. I believe it is a memory cross over issue. I HAVE LISTED THE DUMP FILE BELOW.

ive had that OC for a while its been fine I have Vcore at 1.405 and it seems stable on prime it is also stable.

I had prime stable but not BF3 stable. Processors age and with a high voltage they become less stable over time. Reduce the OC or increase voltage, and see what happens, reducing the OC is always safe, increasing voltage is always more risky.

yea I understand if I reduce it will increase the bottleneck on my 980. my this is the first time my pc has BSOD while gaming after 2 years. This is one reason I do not believe this is the problem. I had my cpu Vcore down clocked before I got the 980 so it would help my temps. Unity uses all my cpu and it never BSOD even after 8 hours or so.

I'm hoping someone can read this dump file so can get a little more information. With it being completely random its very hard to figure out.

You can always try a proven method - disable some or all of your onboard hardware in BIOS. Like onboard LAN, onboard audio, onboard serial/parallel ports, onboard graphics... you name it. If you don't use them, naturally. This should free up some IRQ resources, and if that was all due to an IRQ conflict, this should solve it.

Besides that, there is not much I can suggest - except to reduce overclocks, like stated above.

ill try reducing the overclock, any reason why it doesn't do it in games, only does it when I'm doing something on the desktop. It usually happens every 2-3 months ill get one BSOD.

It's nothing to do with a bottleneck.

A processor that had a stable OC, might after several years no longer support that OC if the OC is at a voltage sufficient to cause slow damage. Also a prime stable OC might not be stable under gaming loads, I personally had prime 95 stability but not BF3 stability (it would whea error and bsod).

So therefore as stated above, reduce the OC, in fact make it stock and see if it still does it, if it does then it is not speed/voltage related, if it is stable at this point then you know it is related in some way to the OC so you need more voltage at the same speed, or less speed, you know the safe voltages, you can therefore make your choice as to how much risk you wish to take.
