New mobo, can't turn on the pc (panel )

So i bought a new motherboard to support my new gpu, but the cable for the pane(turn on button) is different from the mobo's one. Did i waste my money? New mobo is asrock h81m-g

Can you identify each pin on the case connector?

pc case has only 1 led and 1 power on it, but 5 cables summed up, which doesn't fit on my mobo's input

You can use extension cables like https://www.quietpc.com/na-front-panel-ss
But you'd have to identify what are the 2 wires corresponding to the case power switch.
