Unfortunately the minimum requirements are higher than what your system offers (especially the CPU).

Both of those components fall significantly below the minimum system requirements for that game.
Core 2 Duo is underpowered especially that one, which is not even clocked highly. I had one at 3.8 GHz and it was okay-ish in newer games, but most are designed for quad core these days. It will probably run but the framerate will probably be very slow.
I would also suspect it requires a minimum 8GB RAM, whereas Core 2 Duo era PCs usually only have 4.
Buy a second hand i5-2400 and board off eBay is my recommendation... should be under $100.
