Hi all, so recently i made a custom cablemod global store order with their configurator. It was a rather simple order, a 8pin eps cable, a 24 pin, a 8pin pcie and a 6 pin pcie, since my 980ti of course takes a 8 pin and a 6 pin all cables were the stock 450mm length and a simple black and white scheme. I placed the order on the 6th, it is currently the 13th and it's still processing, I contacted their support on the 11th and still haven't gotten anything back. I'm getting a bit fed up and from what i had heard cablemod is a pretty good company. Is there anyway to refund my purchase if i dont hear anything back by next week? Has anyone else had bad experiences with cablemod? Thanks.

Often, with good quality and word of mouth, comes about the generation of a client base that is numerous and apparently on a global scale meaning a company that was overstaffed can now be understaffed due tot eh sheer number of orders. I've faced the same thing when I was starting up with my services. I had to go off the scene to attend to a loss of a family member and before long I had clients who were waiting months for me to arrive. In hindsight it was due to the service I'd provided and the loyalty garnered therein. I've had to go almost 4 months without a response from Nils(the man behind MDPC-X) back in the day only because he was busy.

So my sincere request would be to wait it out and pass on a polite email asking if anything...

* You should also try Ensourced, they took a long time to reply to my first email.
