Will MSI's Total Fan Control interfere with my case's fan controller?

I'm looking at buying the MSI H110M Gaming mobo (from which I understand has Total Fan Control) and a case with optional fan controllers (the Phanteks P400S). I'm not really sure how either works, but I don't want to pay a premium for a case fan controller if my mobo is going to handle that already.
Does anyone else know more on this?
Thanks!

They work different way. The one in the case gets power from PSU directly so it can't interfere with MB controls. Usual use for it would be to control case fans and let MB control CPU fan.
If you have enough fan connectors on MB to cover all case fans, you don't need an extra fan controller in the case.
