Hi.

I build a low end pc for my kids using an old I7 870 cpu. I also used an old http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/x-dream-i117/ cooler and i m having temps ~45-80 from idle to full load.

I m thinking of buying another cooler in order to help lower the temps and i need to ask about 4 products i have in mind. All of them are in my price range (max 20 euros) and are also products i can find in stores near i live.

1) http://www.deepcool.com/product/cpucooler/2015-09/7_4054.shtml

2) http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-tx3-evo/

3) http://www.zalman.com/eng/product/Product_Read.php?Idx=450

4) https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/freezer-7-pro-rev-2.html

Which one do you think as the best buy? Prices are similar. ~20 euros for CM & Zalman and ~17 for Deepcool & Arctic.

PC is used mostly for gaming. Its a midi tower having AMD 6950 2GB, 8 GB DDR3 RAM and a 700w PSU. Not going to OC cpu or anything like that.

Thank you.

Any would do fine and be better than a stock cooler. Keep in mind the tx3 might not come with the mounting hardware note the * on the 775 socket.

the tx3 would be the best bet those are though not designed for huge loads like 95w so i would suggest investing in a second fan 92mm fan of same speed to attach to it
