Hey guys,
I have been having a problem lately. In my dell laptop ( Inspiron 15 - 5547), the laptop boots till the sign in option properly. After I enter my 4 number pin, momentarily it goes to a black screen, approximately for 30 to 40 seconds and boots into the OS. I thought upgrading to Windows 10 may solve the issue, but it didn't. Anyway guys, I am thinking of refreshing my laptop. Any suggestions on what to do. Thanks for your help in advance.
I have an i5 - 4210u, 8gb ram, amd r7 m265 and presently running in Windows 10 home.
