Problem formatting SD

Hi all,

Recently bought this for my Xperia Z4 tablet: https://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-Android-MicroSDXC-Frustration-Packaging/dp/B013UDL5HU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1463151833&sr=8-1&keywords=128+gb+micro+sd+card

It stopped working very quickly, but my PC can still find it, even though it says I have to format it. The PC's own version of formatting did not let me format it to 128gb, so I downloaded and used SD formatter v4.0 and it gives me this:

Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance :)

Hey there, Miramis.

Unfortunately it really sounds like the SD card might have failed or it might be a faulty one. Having in mind that it had issues with your tablet and again after that with being formatted by Windows and now a 3rd party formatting tool saying that it's only 30MB in size, it really does seems like it's gone. If I were you, I'd try to get it replaced or return it.
