i formatted the wrong partition on my laptop without a cd rom. how can i boot my laptop

My laptop CD drive isnt working and I formatted the wrong partition when i tried formatting an extra partition i made on my laptop.how can i recover the windows7 ultimate?i dont have a windows installation disc only this huawei android.

You should make a bootable USB drive with windows 7 in it (if you have the serial key) or with Linux Ubuntu if you need a free operating system till you can get a windows 7 key.
