About cpu temperature

Friends I need a serious help my cpu temp is going upto 58c on ideal and when I play heavy game like ac unity my cpu temp goes to 71c and gpu temp goes to 62c.
My pc configuration are:
i5 3470
12 gb ram corsair vengeance 2x4gb plus 1x4gb Kingston
Psu is seasonic 620w 80 plus bronze
Gpu is asus strix gtx 960 4gb
Mobo is gigabyte b75m-d3h
And also i have applied cooler master cpu cooler.
Still I am having so much temperature even on ideal
Previously It did not happens when my mobo was digilite h61 and 8gb ram and I did not applied cpu cooler over it my ideal temp goes upto 30 to 40c only
But after changing my mobo and applied cpu cooler I facing such problems
Plzzz guyz help...

What CPU fan do you have, and have u OC at all. If you have a stock cooler, I would recommend getting a Evo 212 fan, it goes for around $30. If you already have a good CPU fan, I would try to reapply thermal compound to your CPU. I would also advise adding good airflow fans to your case if you haven't already.

If you just got a new CPU cooler have you taken the protective sticker off. That could cause you to have high temperatures. And as said previously the temps are not to high.
