I am thinking to upgrade to Asus Strix Gtx 970
Link to GPU > https://www.asus.com/in/Graphics-Cards/STRIXGTX970DC2OC4GD5/

and i am currently using the below power supply
CM 450W Link to my Power Supply >> http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/thunder/thunder-450w/

and my processor is I5-3330 (non-k)

I will only upgrade to 970 if there would be no problems with this Power Supply
Otherwise i ll upgrade to Gtx 960 (which i think my Power Supply can run easily)

Also will my cpu bottleneck my gpu?

Solution
1st the recommended power supply for a GTX 970 is a 500w, so you probably can run it but your system would perform poorly or possible crash in GPU intensive games so I wouldn't.

2nd I'm running an i5 Ivy Bridge and I've not have any bottle necks at stock speeds.

a 960 would be ok but i am not sure about a 970. you only have 360w to work with on the 12v rail and a 970 would use half of that. leaving little power for the rest of the system and some headroom so it's not running at max all the time.

a 960 is all i would try with that psu

Is this one good?

http://www.amazon.in/Corsair-VS-VS550-Watt-SMPS/dp/B00DQ5OB4C/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1463326196&sr=1-2&keywords=gaming+psu

fewer bucks than seasonic and maybe better i think
corsair Vs Seasonic
(550w Vs 520w)
(85% Vs 87%)

these are the only thing i know about a psu :p

Hope i could make your answer the best to appreciate your effort

yah that one would be more expensive than the antec one and a lot worse quality.

if you can go a bit more than the antc 500w, try the antec VP550 for a bit more power yet some cost savings over the seasonic. the seasonic is a lot better than the antec by a long shot so it is worth the extra bit of money over the antec if you can afford it.
