PSU requirement for gpu

Hey guys i am going to upgrade my gpu from gt 220 to GeForce GTX 750 Ti Inno3D OC 2GB.I just needed suggestion about my PSU, is it alright to use it or buy a new one.As i saw that i needed 400watt and 29 amp.Below is mine PSU pic please guide me is it good or i have to buy new one.

That 500 watt cooler master is fine for the 750 Ti, not the best unit, about average, OK to use in a lower power system especially with that much headroom in power rating.

With the -D3 and being OEM, I would assume this came from a Dell unit. This is essentially the same:
