PC doesn't work with 2 sticks at the same time. Works with just one

Hi,

I have just finished building my new PC setup and it works perfectly fine. Except for one thing. It won't start with 2 RAM sticks at the same time. Both of them are the very same types of sticks from the same kit. Both of them work if I plug them individually. But after plugging them both (I've tried all possible slot combinations), the PC just turns on with no video and then (after ca. 10 seconds) shuts down automatically.

This is the configuration: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cp62Q7
The RAMs are Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133

Any ideas?

Solution
If it booted with them in 3-4 then sounds like a problem with channel- A slots 1-2. could be overtight CPU cooler, bent/broken pins in CPU socket or bad mobo channel.

As I said. I have tried all possible combinations

If they both work individually and they came in a single package, even if a channel is bad they should play in slots 1-2 or 3-4, unless you have mismatched sticks, a bad mobo or a bad CPU - so sounds like something is bad, do you have access to another rig you could check the DRAM in?

Thank you for your answer. Sadly, I don't have an access to a computer that supports DDR4.

I have tried doing it. But the PC wouldn't work with either of the RAM modules in the slot closest to the CPU. After putting one stick into the third slot from the CPU, I was able to turn the PC on and find the DRAM voltage setting in BIOS, but it would'nt let me tweak it.

I have also tried putting both modules to the 2 rightmost slots and the computer succesfully booted up.
