Which one of these pcs gamer is more powerful for gaming?

The title says it all
I have found two pcs gamer with suitable price. I wanna know which one should i buy for heavy games & can pull more fps like GTA V in ultra settings?
1st specs:
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790k (4.0 GHz up to 4.4 GHz)
RAM 8GB DDR3 Corsair vengeance
Graphic card:MSI GeForce GTX 960 GAMING 4GB
Motherboard: MSI B85-G43 GAMING
Alimentation Corsair CX 500 bronze
SSD Silicon Power 240 GB

2st specs:
Processor:Intel Core i7-4790 (3.6 GHz up to 4.0GHz)-
RAM 8GB DDR3 Corsair vengeance
Graphic card:MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4GB
Motherboard:MSI B85-G43 GAMING
Alimentation Corsair CX 50
SSD Silicon Power 240 GB

huh? you can overclock with a b85 motherboard? is there something im missing here? he didn't ask which one would overclock better. he asked which one for games.

the 2nd choice will be a good deal better for games considering the GPU is better. the processors are almost identical.

Some boards will let you do it depending on model but its ill advised to do it on such low end boards and is not supported by intel.

It's also not necessarily supported by the hardware of the board, and can damage it because it doesn't have the right safety /overflow hardware in place to protect/prevent against damage.
