Laptop CPU Upgrade Or Downgrade

Hi I have a Dell Inspiron 1545, it has an Intel® Celeron® Processor 900 and I have a spare laptop processor it supports the same socket and was wondering if it was compatible, it is a Intel® Core™ Solo Processor T1300.

Basically, should is it compatible and should I upgrade the Celeron to the Core Solo?

I was going to do the same thing with a black friday laptop. It wasn't worth the money. But if you have a spare processor, time, enjoy doing that, and use that laptop, then go for it.
