My Sound Suddenly Stopped Working on Windows 10

I built a new machine and put a fresh copy of windows 10 on it in the fall. Since then, without fail, I get a BSOD the first time I turn it on a day, every day. Once it restarts it runs fine until I turn it off and then back on the following day. I didn't pay it much mind, but I did update all my drivers for the MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 straight from their website.

Suddenly a few days ago, my sound stopped working. All I updated my sound drivers, ran windows update, checked for viruses, uninstalled and reinstalled, disabled and re-enabled, stopped and restarted the Windows Audio Service and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder, and EVEN turned my computer off and back on. No luck. I can't see anything wrong with my device manager but the sound Icon in the task bar reads "No Audio Output Device is installed"

Do you wise wizards have any solutions for me?

Solution
If you aren't running the 1D bios on the motherbd, give that a try and see if that fixes the BSoD on first boot issue.

As for the sound, how are your speakers connected? It sounds like its not seeing your speakers.
