Solid State Drive Questions

Ok so I'm running low on drive space and need another solid state drive I have this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131981 and am using this ssd http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820147248 and was wondering can I put a different model of ssd in and would this ssd work in my computer http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820147373 even though I have sata 6 gb ports, on my motherboard and the ssd is sata III? Also would this sata cord work properly with the ssd if it will work in my desktop http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812123282&ignorebbr=1 Help very much appreciated.

About that cable, all SATA cables are compatible.
