UPDATED: gtx960 not working properly

2 days ago i sat down to play a game of csgo when i pressed play it took a real long time to load, then the game and in the start menu it was really laggy (i went from having like 250 fps to 40 fps). I did start bitcoin mining the day before and the program i used (guiminer) was acting all weird. So i deleted the program and reinstalled all gpu drivers but nothing worked. I tested a few other games such as Minecraft and Cities Skyline and they were also not as they where before. But JC3 did work just fine.

Went onto Event log and got EventID 420 and 430.

420: Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1401&SUBSYS_32021462&REV_A1\4&291A8DA&0&0008 was deleted.

430: Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1401&SUBSYS_32021462&REV_A1\4&291a8da&0&0008 requires further installation.

Sounds like it still has a process running. Check your task manager and kill any processes that don't belong. Use Google to find out what each one does if you don't recognize them. Also check your services to make sure that one isn't starting on PC startup that has to do with the mining.

Nope nothing, no processes running not a single trace of things having to do with bitcoin.

Try a clean re-installation of the drivers. If that doesn't work then you might want to physically look at the card. I don't think you damaged it with that little of stress, but weirder things have happened.

Also when i start CS:GO the screen goes black for 7 seconds then i see my desktop for a second then it returns to being black for a second untill i am at the start of Cs.

I will defenitly try that.
But i just started CS and went into a deathmatch where i played at 250-300 fps for 2 minute and then it suddenly dropped down to 40-50 fps the rest of the match.

Used the program you gave me and i started CS and nothing changed. 50 fps and laggy af.
