Cpu is not detected or failed need help

So today I got my I-7 6700k cpu and wanted to start building.This my first build and I have had a big problem.when ever I try to turn my computer on the motherboard tells me that the cpu is not detected or failed my motherboard is the msi gaming b150 m3

Have you fixed the pin I've mentioned in my previous post (I can't see in the video)?
Even if cooler not installed, is a fan connected to the CPU_Fan header (again, not sure if connected)?
