Acer aspire won't boot

Hey guys, new here. So I have a Acer Aspire E 17, and it doesn't seem to go past the Acer boot screen, I've tried press all of the F keys to activate BIOS, nothing, tried pressing DEL to activate boot option, nothing. If anyone could help me out that'd be much appreciated

ok heres how it works...
u display is showing acer boot scrren...which means...motherboard is working partially as it doesnt get into bios...
now...on a desktop, this can be easily resolved by manually resetting cmos and jumper settings...
but on a laptop, u need to open it and do tht...
can u do tht???

Ok, got it to work the battery was dead, turned it on, now the same thing is happening. Also I should mention before this happen, I had a " no portable boot found" error. Just happen out of nowhere

Okay, so nobody near me sells my CMOS battery, is there any other option as to why it won't boot up and just stay at the Acer boot screen with no option to press any keys
