Hello. I currently have a https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-USB3-0-USB2-0-Micro-ATX-MOTHERBOARD/dp/B0054U7HIO in my computer right now. I notice it's a "Micro-Atx" and I'm looking at buying a https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-H110M-DS2-DDR3-Motherboard-Micro-ATX/dp/B0160WXT1S/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1463227481&sr=8-8&keywords=1151+ddr3+motherboard for my new i5 chip. But I noticed it's a "micro-atx sata". Does this mean anything? I really want the same size motherboard to avoid annoyance when upgrading in my current PC case.

It's the same size. That "SATA" is irrelevant to the size of the board.
