Want stable OC i5 4690K for VR-use - anything that I have missed?

Hi people - I'm still such a noobie-doobie, so I would love to hear if these numbers are good enough or if I have missed a potentially lethal mistake. Thanks a lot :D

Although this is for the i5-4670k and i7-4770k - it's no different. You should also subscribe to this guy's videos as he knows his stuff.

Before you start, you have to make sure you have the right hardware. Are you using stock cooling? If so, don't attempt to overclock. What kind of motherboard do you have? There is no one simple answer to overclocking as it is a process and I hope that video helps. I highly recommend looking for more videos and further readings on the topic.
