Hello everyone, as the title mention above, I can't connect to my modem using my default gateway IP adress (192.168.1.1), I have checked in command prompt that it is true that is my default gateway and checked my BitDefender Firewall and there is no block for it too..so if anyone knows whats going on. Maybe you can help me.

Note: Only on this computer (LAN) I can't access the modem, other computer with LAN/WiFi had no problem

Solution
If you used the command prompt.

And the command IPconfig /all

Did you check to see that the subnet address was also correct as well as the IP address.
Often why you cannot talk or connect to the router or log in is because the subnet address can be wrong also.

Default is normally 255.255.255.0

Also make sure that the DNS address is the same as the default gateway IP.

Are you able to ping the IP address?

Is this PC connected directly to the modem/router?

Have you tried using a different web browser?

Are you able to browse to external websites without problems?
