I have been looking to upgrade my stock CPU cooler and I have a few options. A friend is willing to sell his deepcool s40 for a lower than retail price. I was also looking at the h212 Evo cooler. Any opinions on what Is better? If you have either one id love to hear your oipinon. Both will fit inside my case as well.

It's decent if he's selling it to you for a good price. For the stock price (35 USD) you could get the Cryorig H7 which is much better then the S40 and the EVO 212.
