i own a few games already but i'm bored of playing them over and over i want something new that would work for me

My games are: Need For Speed Most Wanted 2012, Dead Space, Medal Of Honor Pacific Assault, The Crew WildRun, Gmod, Just Cause 2, Insurgency, Metro 2033, WarFace, WarFrame and Minecraft

i want something new to play and especially racing and FPS games and Zombie games

My PC specs:
Intel Core i7-4790 (non K)
16GB DDR3 1666MHz
Gigabyte HD7850 2GB OC edition (for now because i'm upgrading soon when AMD releases the R9 490x)
Windows 10 pro 64Bit
and a 1TB Seagate 7200rpm HDD

Solution
even though your GPU might not be "the best" nowadays, it will still technically run almost 99% of games, the only question is "how well",
it will run damn near any game made in the past 15 years, just dont expect 300 fps on Ultra settings ;)
expect low-mid settings with an "average" fps on 1080p and lower, dont do 4k ;)
your GPU is not only within the minimum requirements of most/alot of games, it is also a bit higher than "minimum" requirements for some, though not reaching full recommended specs

could easily have made a much longer game list, those were just some i could personally recommend of teh top of my head, from playing myself, going by your game parameters

an example of one of the more demanding "old" games on the list...

DOOM, ALL OF THEM!!! go get... NOW

Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare (best CoD ever made)

Call of Duty black ops 1, 2, 3, has zombie modes (tho i personally dont think those 3 CoD games are all that great, but its FPS + zombies in 1 deal)

Dishonored, truly fantastic FPS game, tho its not so heavy focused on the actual shooting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INPKd4JGtsk

left 4 dead 1, 2, THE zombie shooter game

Bulletstorm, hilarious joyful FPS (singleplayer now) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOFNdbIVFT4

Driver San Francisco https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAOYRwxeVWE

Dying Light (zombie FPS) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgAvWKKqxKA

Killing Floor 1, 2 (zombie FPS) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LeDvDdadxQ

GTA 1-5, (Gran Theft Auto), 3rd person open world, has some driving elements too ;)

Portal 1, 2 (First Person Portal Shooting Puzzle game :D ) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vMV2hEIFG0

Borderlands 2, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdDv_def3Yg another joyous FPS game, singleplayer or Co-Op, no pvp multiplay like CoD or battlefield

Bioshock series, 1, 2, and Infinite,
fantastic games, (singeplayer tho bioshock 2 technically has Multiplay its a bit weak), but fantastic singleplayer games

Metro Last Light (sequel to Metro 2033)

Warhammer 40.000 Space Marine,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nb50aAFiOpM
straight up Warhammer slaughter in 3rd person (not exactly FPS nor zombies, but the way you butcher orcs its almost like its zombies :D has a multiplay mode tho not the biggest playerbase since somewhat old game )

Counter Strike (most competitive FPS game ever maybe?)

Wolfenstein the New Order https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AduQvX4nU0k
more "classic" style fps, sorta slightly different compared to CoD/Battlefield/Halo style fps

an example of one of the more demanding "old" games on the list http://store.steampowered.com/app/8870/ check minimum requirements and see your specs blow them away

or http://store.steampowered.com/app/239140/ cutting it a bit closer but still well enough within minimum

you card is about on par with what's in a PS4, and slightly better than what's in Xbox1, so expect that lvl of quality and FPS,
not to mentions your CPU is a bit of a beast so that helps greatly too, and you paired it perfectly with 16gb of ram, so you are in a gaming sweetspot and slight ahead compared to current consols
tweak graphic settings to get what you like, higher quality = lower FPS, higher FPS and you need to lower quality settings a bit

and ofc when you do eventually get that new GPU, be it Nvidia Pascal or AMD Polaris/Vega you will blow it away even more

enjoy and best wishes

Admirable
Your GPU has been rebranded twice by now, you see it by the name of R7 370 these days. Since it's a 2GB version you should be able to play any new game @1080 around medium settings. You should try dying light, it has zombies and plenty to do, and one of my favorite FPS games are the F.E.A.R. series, you dont technichally shoot zombies there, but something similar.

Anyway, the next summer sale should be around the corner (like one month), so i'd wait for it.
