Hi guys, im planning on buying a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD and a WD 3TB WD Red SATA 3.5" HDD as well (will be replacing an old WD BC 1TB HDD).

Will they work with no problem?

Thanks

If those disks are non-defective and you correctly install them in your system they should work just fine. Is there any reason you have doubts?

(I assume you understand the distinction between MBR & GPT partitioning schemes and their effect on large-capacity disk drives such as the 3 TB HDD you plan to purchase. If you're unaware of the differences, then do some research on this subject since it will have an effect on that 3 TB HDD.)
