I have an AMD Athlon X4 760k, an FM2-A75MA-E35, and a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo with 1 fan. Core temp says my CPU is at 60 degrees Celsius at idle, while my bios says it is at 35 degrees celsius. I have reapplied thermal paste 4 times, and my temps stay the same. Could someone please help me out? I don't know what I am doing wrong, or if core temp is wrong and my bios is right.

Check your CPU's Thermal margin at idle with AOD: http://www.amd.com/en-us/innovations/software-technologies/technologies-gaming/over-drive
Remember; thermal margin reads opposite to temperature. TM is the distance to max temp remaining.
