Installing asus bios updates?

I dont have a disk drive so I cant use the CD that the mobo came with. Im trying to install a couple of hotfixes and bios updates that I got from asus. Though when I download these they wont install with any program. How can I get them to work?

On the BIOS, just take the latest, put it on a flash drive and boot to BIOS, go to the BIOS update, it will look at the flash drive, sewlect the BIOS update and it will go, it takes a few minutes. Hot fixes you should be able to download to the harddrive and run from there
