I'm thinking of switching phone carriers. I have Verizon and I am switching to a local carrier company. The local company will buy out your existing amount that you have left to pay. Now to the question: If they buy out my phone (iPhone 6) will I be able to keep the phone I originally purchased from Verizon? Thanks in advanced for all the answers!

Ask the company you are switching to, they are the ones buying out the contract, and it also depends on how you got the phone from Verizon.
